A diet book that tells it as it is. The author did his research and present his information clearly in an educational way. You can be done with the book in one evening and be on your way to a leaner you. But the emphasize is really on long term health and not just some temporary weight loss diet. I like it that it is fuss-free with no complicated steps or special cooking involved. The author’s main method is to use GI to guide your choice of foods. There are several useful GI charts included in the book which you can familiarize yourself with. Other than the first week of reset which might be a little challenging, I think the rest is doable and achievable if you’ve the right mindset. Definitely a more sustainable form of healthy eating as compared to faddish diets like Atkins or Paleo. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
