Reverie Girl (The Reverie Book 2) by Nico J. Genes

The heart wants what it wants no matter how the mind tries to bury it. We finally understood what was happening with Lana and that her dreams are actually her suppressed memories. This is a lovely and satisfying sequel to conclude this intriguing story. I’m glad most explanations can be found in book 2 and I really enjoyed reading Claire’s side of the story and getting to know her better. A lot of things start to make sense once we see both sides of the coin. Even if you didn’t read book 1 (but you really should) you can still enjoy this as a standalone. I read both book 1 and 2 back-to-back because the story really pique my interest and it did not disappoint at all. It has been a long time since I last enjoyed such an absorbing book. Thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Magnetic Reverie (The Reverie Book 1) by Nico J. Genes

An intriguing love triangle that will definitely pique your curiosity. It’s a real page turner for me. I enjoy the author’s creativity in creating a parallel world through dreams. The way she portrays Lana feels so genuine with her inner struggles and torn feelings between Greg and Claire. Both readers and Lana seem to have more questions than answers, but the only burning question that matters is who will she choose at the end? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Olivia Holmes Has Inherited A Vineyard by Mark Daydy

The story started rather slowly but like wine taste better as it aged. A light-hearted feel good read with a purposeful ending. If you’re experiencing midlife crisis, this book might give you some inspiration or courage to step out of your comfort zone. It will be nice if the author comes up with a sequel on Olivia’s progress in her new wine venture and relationship with Gus. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Du Lac Prophecy: Book 4 of The Du Lac Chronicles by Mary Anne Yarde

Every bit as good as the previous 3 books. While Budic is out of the picture, Josephine is still lurking around plotting her next evil move. The Du Lac family is a house divided and now their only chance is to stand together against an impending war. Meanwhile Garren’s loyalty remains a big question if he’s family or foe? While Merton’s union with Amandine seem like it’s going to be short-lived. Definitely a cliffhanger that will leave readers waiting breathlessly for book 5. This is a very well written series and I enjoy how the author cleverly weave history and fiction together with such creativity. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Monstrous Benevolence (An Elemental Witch Trials Novel Book 13) by Lucretia Stanhope

If you’ve been following this series faithfully, the latest development and changes will definitely blow your mind. Just when you thought Rose cannot get any more powerful or favored by Matvei, something major transformed her which really takes the union between vampires and witches to a new level. What I luv about this series is it never gets old because the author always keep the story fresh with new characters and enough plot twists to keep you thirsting for the next installment. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Fabricating Fortunes (An Elemental Witch Trials Novel Book 12) by Lucretia Stanhope

This one turned out to be full of surprises and is definitely one of my fave in the series. Maryanne has always been a pesky love-to-hate character with not much of a personality. This book focuses entirely on her new power play and although she’s still a dislikable manipulative character but she’s now so much more interesting and even more dangerous with her new power. Unlike her daughter Rose who tend to fight with her strength, Maryanne fights with her wit and cunningness which really makes her one helluva character to watch out for. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
